Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups – Almond Flour
  • 1/4 cup – Gluten Free All Purpose Flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon – Baking Soda
  • 1 teaspoon – Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon – Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon – Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon – Sea Salt
  • 1/2 cup – Organic Canned Pumpkin
  • 1/3 cup – Raw Honey
  • Coconut Oil
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease the bread pan with coconut oil to prevent the bread from sticking once baked.
  3. Mix all the dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger, and salt) together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Mix all the wet ingredients (canned pumpkin, honey, and eggs) in a separate bowl.
  5. Combine both bowls of ingredients together in one bowl and mix everything completely.
  6. Pour the pumpkin bread batter into the greased bread pan.
  7. Bake the break for about 35 minutes, or until the top starts to brown lightly.
  8. Turn off the heat and let the bread sit inside the pan for another 5 minutes.
  9. Remove it from the heat and let it completely cool on a cooling rack.
  10. Slice it as desired, preferably thicker cuts to be enjoyed with some coconut pumpkin pie ice cream.
